Free Delivery

Items will be sent using either Royal Mail or an alternative reputable courier.

Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payment and delivered within 2 - 3 working days to our UK Customers. International deliveries can vary between 3 - 7 days.

No items are dispatched on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Express Delivery - £8.95

Items ordered before 2pm will be delivered the next working day as part of our express delivery service. Our courier provides an all day delivery service from 8am till 6pm. Goods will be delivered via a 1 person carrier and will be delivered to your front door, making sure your delivery is hassle and stress free. Express Delivery is only available on selected products.


Please contact us on if you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt. Your item must be returned in its original condition with the original packaging.

A refund or replacement will only be issued once we have received and inspected the goods. An authorised RMA form must be included as this may lead to a delay in refunding or replacing.

Please note - The postage costs will not normally be refunded unless an incorrect item has been sent out.

The following conditions apply to the returns policy stated above:

  • Goods that have items missing cannot be tested or refunded and you will be required to send any missing items to us before we deal with the return.
  • CCTV kits will only receive a refund if the whole kit is returned. Faulty items within the kit will be repaired or replaced.
  • Any goods with cut cables, or any modifications of any kind will be rejected by our warehouse and are not covered under warranty.
  • Any items that have been blown by an incorrect power supply being used are not covered under warranty.
  • All warranties exclude product misuse or acts of God i.e. lightning strikes, bulbs, IR LED’s, monitor tubes & CCD sensors damaged by normal wear & tear.
  • Any items that have been blown by an incorrect power supply being used are not covered under warranty.
  • CCTVTek will only accept faulty items if it’s within the first 14 days of purchase after this period it is a return to base warranty only.
  • You will not be refunded for your delivery charges should in the event you request a refund for your order.


We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
