1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this website are only open to you if you place an order.

2. CONTRACT

2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

2.3 We may refuse to accept an order if:
(a) Goods are not available;
(b) We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) There has been a pricing or product description error;
(d) You do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
 

3. PAYMENT AND SECURITY

3.1 Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland.

3.2 Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.

3.3 Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.

3.4 Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.

3.5 Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

4. PRICING

4.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates.

4.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically and will be updated on the website when applicable.

 
5. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

5.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) You can notify us by email support@cctvtek.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return the goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Any costs of posting and returning the goods shall be borne by you.
(c) An RMA form must be completed and returned to support@cctvtek.co.uk so we can authorize the return before goods are sent.
5.2 Upon receipt and inspection of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (excluding postage costs) or an exchange credit as required.
5.3 The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(a) In the event that the product has been used.
(b) In the event that the goods are not returned in the original packaging in a resalable condition.

7. WEBSITE ACCESS

7.1 While we endeavour to ensure that this website is normally operational 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

7.2 Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.
 

8. REGISTRATION

8.1 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person.
